All articles in these proceedings are submitted for indexation in CPCI (Web of Science: Conference Proceedings Citation Index), CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) and Google Scholar. Each article that is published in these proceedings is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

The Program Committee informs you of the postponement of III International Scientific Congress “SOCIETY OF AMBIENT INTELLIGENCE – 2020”. We’re making this move, due to the circumstances, not depending on us. Program Committee has adopted the decision to postpone the events, being planned in April, 2020, for another term, that will be informed to you additionally. We hope for your understanding.
The section «Business models, tools and innovations in the digital economy» was successfully held within the framework of the International Congress. The section has united more than 90 participants from 5 countries of the world, 11 cities and 21 organizations. Scientists and practitioners from Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Latvia, Portugal, Belarus shared their own experience, scientific and practical developments in the field of digital finance, business modeling, sustainable development in the context of the global digitalization of the world economic system.
It should be noted that the section of the Congress was held online, that made it possible to unify the research community from a whole galaxy of universities, organize a fruitful discussion and cover a wide range of topical issues. In particular, the section was attended by representatives of the scientific community from Bukhara State University, Tashkent branch of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Rezekne Academy of Technology, State University of Economics and Technology, Kiev University named after Boris Grinchenko, Kiev National Economic University named after V. Getman, Odessa National Polytechnic University, Zaporizhzhia National University, Financial Institute of the Academy of Financial Management, etc.
Variable topical reports were presented at the session of the section, which reflected the key results of scientific research by scientists and practitioners. The presentations covered a variety of contemporary issues: the impact of digital government, the problem of decentralization in the context of territorial independence, issues of assessing the sustainable development of the EU and Ukraine, new approaches to managing organizations and assessing the economic state of enterprises using Industry 4.0 tools, and human resources management. A wide range of articles was devoted to the financial sector in the digital economy, as well as e-Commerce.
The wide geography of the participants made it possible to summarize the questions and opinions of scientists from different parts of the world, which enriched the experience of the participants, to consider the problems raised from different angles. The reports focused on the necessity and high efficiency of implementing digital economy tools in various sectors of the world economy.
It should be noted that the presentations of the speakers aroused active interest among the audience, which was reflected in a lively discussion. Questions were raised regarding the possibilities of FINTECH to increase efficiency of the business; the prospects of transition of national economies to the use of the cryptocurrency; the use of artificial intelligence in auditing enterprises; encouragement of smart companies using environmental taxation; the ability of the state to mobile and the need for decentralization; the overall sustainable development of the world economies, and many others.
The conference breakout session was moderated by representatives of three universities-co-organizers of the Congress: Irina Vasilchuk, Professor, Doctor of Economics, State University of Economics and Technology (Ukraine); Zulfizar Karimova, senior lecturer, Tashkent branch of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov (Uzbekistan); Iluta Arbidane, Professor, Doctor of Economics, Rezekne Academy of Technology (Latvia); Irina Maksimova, Associate Professor, Candidate of Economic Sciences, State University of Economics and Technology (Ukraine).
The fruitful work of the section opened up prospects for further research. Based on the results of the reports, vectors of further work and possible scientific collaborations were formed.
Section 3. Responsible business and human rights — III International Scientific Congress SOCIETY OF AMBIENT INTELLIGENCE 2020
Section »Responsible Business and Human Rights» was first presented and successfully realised within the framework of the International Congress. It brought together over 20 participants from Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Scientists and practitioners from Ukraine and Uzbekistan shared their experience, scientific and practical development in the legal systems of their countries, the impact of certain types of business on human rights, as well as the political aspect in shaping the positive impact of business on human rights.
Responsible business is formed through an integrated approach to management. Compliance is one of the systems which creates a responsible attitude towards human rights in business. The first and foremost risk which must be regulated by compliance is corruption risk. In order to consider issues of national practice of preventing corruption risks, representatives of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption took part in the work of the section, which gave a practical colour to the section work.
It should be noted that the speakers’ reports aroused an active interest in the audience, which was reflected in a lively discussion. It covered the issues of legal support of responsible business conduct; legal regulation of the activities of companies engaged in maritime transport, IT-sphere and digital commerce, as well as enterprises in the field of pharmaceuticals and medicine. It also raised the topical issue of the concept formation of «collaborationism». This concept was considered in the legal, political and sociological aspects.
This Congress Section was chaired by Kateryna Datsko, PhD, Master of Laws, Dean of the Law Faculty of State University of Economics and Technology (Ukraine).
The fruitful work of the section has opened up prospects for further research and allowed formation of vectors of further work and possible scientific cooperation.
Section 6. Transformation of Industrial Clusters on Conditions of Industry 4.0 — III International Scientific Congress SOCIETY OF AMBIENT INTELLIGENCE 2020
Leading scientists of the State University of Economics and Technology, namely, Professor Zelensky O.S., associate professors Solovyova V.V., Popolov D.V. and Lysenko V.S. were the section moderators.
Section «Transformation of industrial clusters on conditions of Industry 4.0» meeting was held within the framework of the III International Scientific Congress SOCIETY OF AMBIENT INTELLIGENCE 2020. The section was attended by more than 40 participants representing educational institutions and organizations of Ukraine and Uzbekistan. The speakers shared their scientific achievements in the following fields: business process management of strategic sectors of the economy in the context of digital transformation; the formation of a methodological paradigm of economic policy in the context of global transformations and tIndustry 4.0 process; key aspects of bioeconomic clusters in Uzbekistan.
The participants of the section presented topical reports that reflected the key results of scientists’ and practitioners’ research and new approaches in the management of organizations using the tools of Industry 4.0.
Zelensky O.S. and Lysenko V.S . presented the following reports:
- Automated system of geological and mine surveying support in the planning and accounting of ore quarries production.
- Training system for using the OpenGL library in 3D graphics.
- Automated system of students’ knowledge testing and control ZELIS.
They reviewed the results that had been implemented on operating mining sites and in the educational process.
All the reports were delivered at a fairly high scientific and practical level.
The research presentations aroused a great deal of interest among the listeners, which initiated a lively discussion.
It is noteworthy that the section «Transformation of industrial clusters on the conditions of Industry 4.0» was held online, which provided an opportunity to unite researchers and developers from a number of universities, arrange a fruitful discussion and cover a wide range of topical issues.
Results of International Competition of Youth Business-Projects and Start-Ups, Being Held in the Frames of III International Scientific Congress “SOCIETY OF AMBIENT INTELLIGENCE — 2020”
The final of the International Competition of the youth business-projects and start-ups, being held in the frames of the III International Scientific Congress “SOCIETY OF AMBIENT INTELLIGENCE — 2020”, took place on May, 19, 2020 in the format of the Webinar in Zoom Pro. The business-projects of teams were presented and discussed during the Webinar, after which the definition of the winners and the candidates for prizes took place.
The following team of representatives of different countries and educational establishments were the moderators of the International Competition:

The business-projects and start-ups were presented by the teams in the following spheres:

— Digital Business Ecosystems.
The nine teams, who, according to the results of the national selections in Ukraine, Latvia and Uzbekistan, have become the winners, gained the right to present their countries and educational establishments in the final of the International Competition of the youth business-projects and start-ups, according to the direction: “Business-Models, Instruments and Innovations in Digital Economy”. These are such teams as:
— Rezekne Academy of Tehnologies (Latvia) with the project for the creation of an enterprise for providing marketing B2B services of Gustum Ltd;
— Kyiv National Medical University named after O. Bohomolets (Ukraine) with the business-project on the provision of rehabilitation services and the sale of medical devices «Remax».;
— Bukhara State University (Uzbekistan) with the project for the creation of a mobile application aimed at the organization of online services and information about tourism in Uzbekistan «UzTourChash»;
— 3 teams of Tashkent Branch of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov (Uzbekistan) with the business projects: for the implementation of “Automatic Toilet Modules Network” in Tashkent; for the creation of an automated bike rental system with “parking stations” «CycleSharing»; for the production of exoskeletons «EXOS Tech»;
— 2 teams of Kryvyi Rih Economic Institute of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (Ukraine), that presented the projects for the production and implementation of the innovatory technology «Smart Truck» and the сreation of enterprises, manufacturing briquettes of fallen leaves «Leaf Log»;
— Institute of Engineering of Zaporizhzhya National University with the social project for the production of books and audio books with an economic bias of manual work for children of pre-school and school age, including those with visual and hearing impairments.
According to the results of the previous estimation of the projects and the estimation of the presentation and the responses to the questions, the jury determined three best business-projects:

Results of the Student’s Sections Proceedings of the III International Scientific Congress “SOCIETY OF AMBIENT INTELLIGENCE – 2020” (May, 12-19, 2020):
— the students from four countries took part in them (Latvia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Poland);
— the professionals and the students from 29 universities took part in the operation of sections and in the competition of business-projects and start-ups;
— the general number of the participants was more than 400 persons;
